Exploring some winter-wardrobe possibilities/inspirations! All of these images have previously been posted here, either found (and credited) by me, or reblogged from someone else. In some of the reblogged instances, there hasn’t been any credit - feel free to add credits where I haven’t provided any today.
1. I freaking love these tights with those shoes. Such a colourful touch! Welcome sight on black and gloomy Melbourne streets. Silky Tattoo Tights have a similar range.
2. Emma Watson … (salute, Captain Obvious!). Leather jacket over tartan. Yes. Not sure if this look would work over any old swing dress - would depend on the length of the skirt I imagine?
3. Teer Wayde in Wheels and Dollbaby Dinner with Him cardigan and Pinup Couture Audrey skirt. Layering for winter, yes. Add opaque black tights, scarf and beret or similar.
4. Wheels and Dollbaby. More layering!
5. Warm coat, check. Bright colour, check. Awesome structure/shape to said coat, check check!
6. More skirts and layering. The fabulous thing about petticoats - all those bonus layers! Sorry, I’m not sure who this beautiful young lady is, but I’m betting someone will be able to fill me in?
7. Ahem. Simple coat, sassed up with matching accessories. Brilliant. And simple!
8. Oh you know Elsa knows how to dress for winter. Cardigans, opaques, pashminas (she seems to favour a polka dot one).
As beautiful as everything pictures here is, don’t talk about winter yet … I’M NOT READY!!!!
