I know I posted this outfit not too long ago, but I had to post it again because I wore it today with my brand new We Love Colors tights. I was super excited about these tights, because whenever I admire gorgeously coloured tights in other people’s posts, they are always from We Love Colors. So I bought three pairs and just received them the other day, and this is the first pair I’ve tried.
I have to say they do not live up to the expectation. Sure, they went on great, have a lot of stretch and a lot of room without being baggy. Plus, the colours are gorgeous. But after wearing this teal pair for only an hour, a hole started to appear on the seam at the crotch. And trust me, there is no excess strain in these things - there is a lot of room and they are very stretchy. Plus, I was being very careful whenever I had to pull them up or down. For $15 US per pair, I expected more from them - I have $5 pairs that hold up better.
By the end of the day, another hole had started on the seam on the other side of the crotch. So I may only get one or two more wears out of them before they holes get too big I have to throw them out. I know they are tights and thus not the hardiest of materials, but I did expect to get more than 3 wears out of them. I don’t think I will be ordering again. Disappointing.
