I Like Pretty Clothes
And they like me too, I'm sure of it
I received this dress, didn’t feel super excited about it and then tried to sell it but no one bought it. So I decided to give it another go and wear it to work the other day. And I love it! Why did I even want to sell it in the first place? So glad no one bought it.

The Jenny skirt in Harlequin print from Pinup Girl Clothing. I freaking love this print, so, so much. It is a great skirt, positively voluminous - I can’t even estimate how much fabric is in this thing. I think I will have to get it - eventually - in other prints.

It is super cute, but very similar to other dresses I have, so I don’t think I’ll wear it enough to warrant keeping it. It just arrived, so it is brand new with tags. I hope it goes to a good home!

Also, this is a 2X and a lot of Hell Bunny styles go up to 4X, so they accommodate a wide range of sizes. I will say, however, that their sizing can be a little wonky sometimes - this is the exact style and size as another HB dress I have, and yet this is bigger. But, keeping that in mind, they are still awesome dresses!

I received this dress yesterday and wore it today - the blue Alika from Hell Bunny (they have this dress in five colours). I absolutely freaking love it! It fits great, feels amazing and has a massive skirt that I might need to wear two petticoats under just to fill out - as you can tell, one just isn’t cutting it!
However, as I was walking to work this morning, a woman stopped to tell me she liked my dress and discuss where to get a petticoat. Which is nice and all, until she took it upon herself to lift up my skirt to get a look at my petticoat. Um, inappropriate much? Overly familiar much? Invasion of personal boundaries much? I pulled my skirt out of her hands, smoothed it down and gave her a pointed look. She looked kind of affronted and walked away. That, or she was embarrassed by her behaviour. I hope she was embarrassed.

Fatshion February Day 22
The second of my Day 22 outfits - I wore this to a party, at which I stayed way too late (I got home at 5am) and am paying for it today. Oops. It was a great night though.
It was the first time I’ve worn this belt - the spikes are a bit ouchy so I had to warn people before I hugged them. Although, I was generally told my boobs provided a cushion from the spikes. Wardrobe crisis averted.

What I wore today. It is too freaking hot for petticoats these days, but I just can’t go without them. I have a petticoat problem.
