Anyway, rounding off a week of old favourites, today’s outfit consisted of my worn-way-too-much Dead Dames Lace Top and the most perfect Perfect Moonshine Pencil Skirt from Mode Merr. If you’re considering getting a pencil skirt, get one from Mode Merr - they make them up to a 3XL and they are magical!

I like this top, but a) it is much shorter than it used to be - thank you washing machine (and I washed in cold AND hung to dry)! b) the peekaboo seems to have gotten bigger/wider so it is quite inappropriate for the workplace. I had to button up the top of cardigan so as not to offend anyone. I will have to start wearing a cami under it, but I’m not sure that will look good with the peekaboo style. Thoughts?

I’m really not sure about this outfit. I try to love this skirt, but no matter what I wear it with it never seems quite right. I bought it in the high waist version and that was a BIG mistake - the waist is so long that it bunches a lot at the top and to make it smooth I have to pull it down so far that it’s way longer than it should be. I should take it to a tailor and see if they can do anything with it.

Dun dun na na! Drum roll please … here is my new favouritest thing on the planet, the Moonshine skirt from Mode Merr. It is pencil skirt sexiness mixed with sparkly vinyl alcohol bottle whimsy. Love, love, love.

Holy crap, I just tried on my new skirt from Mode Merr to make sure it fits and wowsa, it is magic! I am so impressed with everything I have got from there so far, I highly recommend. And they go up to a 3XL, so that’s awesome.
OMG, this skirt is just so fabulous - I can’t wait to post it and show you all! It will be the focus of an OOTD this week for sure!
Today was like Christmas at the office.
My recent purchases all arrived on the same day: ASOS Curve, Mode Merr and Remorque Clothing and Intimates. It was awesome! However, since I am on a spending freeze at the moment, these will be my last new things for a while. Boo.
On a good note, though, I will have a new OOTD tomorrow! Yay!
New Mode Merr!! Here it is, the long awaited sex-on-a-stick skirt and top from Mode Merr. Can you tell that I totally heart them? Would it be wrong to wear them everyday?
One note, when you order skirts from Mode Merr, you have the option of raised or natural waist - I got raised because I like high waisted things. However, my body is short waisted, so this skirt is a bit too raised for me; it kind of bunches a bit. This, however, does not decrease my love for it, I assure you. Note to self for next time.

Holy shitballs!
I finally got my Mode Merr stuff today and it is AMAZING! Both the skirt and top fit like a glove and are totally beautiful to boot. DEFINITELY recommend, well worth the wait!
